We source wood exclusively from FSC®-certified forests. Our crane-equipped trucks load the logs directly at the felling site, minimizing handling operations and reducing the carbon footprint. Every day, our fleet safely and punctually delivers raw material to the sawmill — each route tracked by GPS.
Logs are carefully seasoned and then sawn on modern band saw lines. Precise CNC cutting ensures timber with consistent dimensions and tolerances, ready for further processing or direct pallet production. Finished boards undergo 3D scanning to guarantee top product quality.
Automated nailing lines assemble timber into pallets with accuracy down to tenths of a millimeter. The pallets are then transferred to convection drying kilns, where controlled temperatures reduce moisture below 22%, meeting ISPM-15 standards. The process takes several dozen hours, ensuring hygiene and long-lasting durability.
Finished pallets are loaded onto trucks and begin their journey. With our own fleet, we deliver goods within 24 hours to any location in Poland and within 48 hours to key EU markets, maintaining full shipment traceability. We continuously monitor load parameters to ensure safety and reliability.
