One-way pallets, also known as disposable pallets, are the most economical solution for transporting goods that do not return to the sender. They are lighter than traditional Euro pallets, are not part of the exchange system, and their design is optimized for a single-use cycle. How are they made?

Raw material selection
We use pine and spruce wood with slightly smaller cross-sections than in reusable pallets. Lower weight means more cargo per truck and less CO₂ per kilometer.

Processing and drying
Beams are sent to HT drying chambers. The process increases board strength and ensures compliance with ISPM 15, allowing pallets to be shipped outside the EU.

Cutting
Automatic saws and milling machines shape the elements with precision up to ±1 mm — crucial for safe stacking and smooth conveyor operation.

Quality control
Each batch undergoes inspection to eliminate boards with cracks or resin knots.
